The first question we must ask ourselves is ‘what do I want? and ‘what do I don’t want?’

What can I do day and night, without eating, without sleeping, and keep doing it because I love it?
Aren’t those great questions?
I agree with David: We can be whoever we want to be in our life. We can build our Network Marketing business any way we like.
If you like 3-way calls, then do them. If you like closing, then be a closer.
Assignment: Create a 10 Year Vision
What does success look like for you in 10 years from now?
Describe in detail the resources around you. What kind of systems do you want in place? What does your team look like?
Describe everything that happened in one day 10 years from now. Describe your perfect life.
How do you avoid burnout?
You have vision.
When you lose track of your vision, burnout starts.
How do you set goals?
They should be:
Concise and clear
Realistic
Ecological: in the best interest of everyone around you
Achievement and Time based
Evidence Based
Descriptive
Example: “It is [date] as I walk into my home office, sit down in my chair, lean back, and relax, I log into my corporate site /into my back office and notice that I’ve just sponsored my sixth person at the top package, and I’m already a 3 star [or whatever rank your company has] right now. I take a deep breath, look around me, enjoy the view outside my office, and I hold up my hands, and I say ‘yes!’ and I celebrate. And I’m pumped that I’ve hit my goal.”
“Now, that I’ve done it these are the things that I’ve done to do it.”
Make a list of 50 things that helped you reach your goal.
You’ll start to look for the resources.

Make a list of things you don’t have yet.
The resources will come into your world.
Advertising budget of $10K a month.

Give assignment to prospect – 3 days out. You have got them thinking like a rich person. Write a list of 50 ways that you came up with the money. Make the list and call me back. Every single person has come up with the money.
Example: “It is [date]. I, [name], just finished filling out the application and enrolled in xyz company. Now that I’ve come up with the money, I can’t believe how easy it was to do. This is exactly what I did to it.”

Another great post Juli. Having vision is huge. Doing something you love is equally as huge. I think that all of us could achieve success in our businesses if we followed the advice in this article.
