The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 2)

The Power of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 2) I mentioned in The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 1)  that I am a member of several Tribes, where other Network Marketing bloggers like myself auto-syndicate (a fancy term for share) each others blog posts in order to get more exposure and traffic to each other’s blogs. It helps in Google rankings and improves the chances of getting more sign ups into your primary business.

Part 2 of this series, The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community, I will focus on Facebook. Facebook is fabulous in many ways, and one of the ways you can get more traffic to your blog is by auto-syndicating your blog posts to your personal profile and Facebook fan page using Networked Blogs. Networked Blogs is easy to set up, and I am going to show you how to do so in another post. But today I would like to focus on joining Facebook Blog Syndication Groups and the benefits of posting and commenting in these groups.

The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 2)

One of the first experiences I have had where joining a Facebook Group has had a positive impact on my blog traffic was Michelle’s 90 Day Biz Builder ChallengeI have mentioned Michelle before but it bears mentioning again because, in my circle, she is considered the Facebook Queen: 6 figures in 6 months using Facebook PPC. The challenge in Michelle’s 90 Day Biz Builder Challenge is that you write and submit one blog post per day to her group then comment on and share the posts from other people’s submissions to the group.

My experience with this has been nothing but positive, and I have shared how it has improved my Alexa ranking HERE.

So when an invitation was made by a member of my Numis Network team to join another Facebook blog syndication group, I quickly joined.

Many of you reading this are already a part of this group, so I want to say, ‘Thank you! By your comments, sharing, and lessons I’ve learned from your posts, my Alexa score continues to improve!’.

If you have not already joined and want to, here is Terry’s link: Terry Petrovick’s Blog Syndication Tribe. Please, note, if you join: You must comment on other people’s post, if you choose to remain part of this Blog Syndication Facebook Group. By not doing so, you will be asked to leave (by me). So, please, realize I do not offer this invitation lightly. We are a fun if not serious group that strives daily to take our businesses to the next level.

The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 2)

Because I am having so many positive results from joining these Tribes, I feel obligated to mention that I have created my own Facebook Group for blog syndication: Juli Becker’s Empower Network 100 Day Biz Builder Challenge.

The requirements for you to join are:

1) You must be a paying member of Empower Network. If you are not yet, you can become one HERE.

2) Commit to posting your Empower Network blog content (only) every day for the next 100 days.

3) For every blog post you submit, you are required to read, comment on, and share 2 other members’ blog posts.

That’s it.

The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 2)

If you’re still not convinced that syndicating your blog is beneficial, let me leave you with a comment that was just posted to my group: The Power Of Joining A Blog Syndication Community (Part 2)

That is a great question. In a nutshell, is the website that ranks your website/blog on the search engines, Google being #1, Facebook #2, YouTube #3, and so on. The lower your alexa score, the higher your rank.

The importance of this is that the more 'popular' your site becomes the more valuable it is, meaning you make more money. You can read more about this subject here:

Thanks for stopping by and commenting,

  • Duke Romkey

Blog syndication groups are great tools especially when you are just starting out and you don’t have the natural traffic to get the comments, and it’s a good way to get the conversation started!

    • Juli

I agree, Duke. For me, it’s been one of the best ways to get my Alexa ranking up.

Not only that, being a part of a community gives me the opportunity to return the favor, when others comment on my posts. Take you, for example, I always enjoy reading and learning from your posts. If I wasn’t a part of the community both you and I are a part of, then I wouldn’t have that to look forward to!

  • Val Heisey

Couldn’t agree more with what has been said about being part of a a tribe. The ranking is amazing, the content is outta this world!, and the accountability for consistency is profound. Thanks for reminding us!

    • Juli

Couldn’t have said it better myself, Val!

  • Preston Schumacher

Another benefit worth mentioning is the fact that being part of a syndication tribe (at least for me) has helped me stay consistent in creating blog post. I am still working on getting a post out everyday, but since joining blogging tribes I have went from creating one blog post a week to about 5 a week. Thanks to you Juli and all my fellow tribe buddies, I have seen a huge jump in my Alexa ranking in 2 weeks. Nothing to brag about, but my score went 565,??? down to 319,394 in the U.S.

    • Juli

Preston, that’s awesome! Brag away. I love to hear success stories like yours. Kudos, man. :) Juli

    Dear Juli,

Love your blog! This is my 1st time here, looks like we’re connected via my Empower Network facebook mastermind group. Nice to get connected with you here too.

I think that tribal syndication is such a fascinating subject. Humans are in fact tribal creatures, so the concept is pretty dialed into how we work on a psychological level and I can see why it produces such amazing results when utilized properly with likeminded folks who are all sharing a similar vision.

Excellent job on the article! Looking forward to catching more of your posts!

    Best regards,
    Cat Alexandra

So glad to see you here! I’m loving EN on so many levels – one of which is that, like you said, we get to meet like-minded people with a shared vision. I’ve spent some time on your blog, so I know we share the dream of helping as many people as we can break free from the J.O.B. (Just Over Broke) daily grind. Looking forward to connecting more in the future!

  • Lilach Bullock

Blog syndication groups are fantastic, not only do you get the obvious – more comments/shares/better Alexa rankings but you also get to meet lovely people like yourself:)

I’m also part of Triberr which is a great Twitter sharing site:)

    • Juli

The feeling is mutual, Lilach! I will be checking out Triberr. Thanks for the tip!

  • Nicky

Blog syndication groups are great and I have found I have been able to help others and also be helped by other people’s valuable posts.
    Great post Juli

    • Juli

I agree, Nicky. It’s because of these groups that I’ve met such wonderful people like YOU! Your friend, Juli

  • David Sharp

Hi Juli as you know I am also a member of Terry’s blog syndication network and think it’s great. Not only do we get the satisfaction of working as a team, but so much can be learned from reading other peoples posts.

I would have loved to join your network but unfortunately I am not an Empower network member. Take care.

    • Juli

David, I would love to have you be a part of our Empower Network community. Feel free to inbox me, when you’re ready. I will help you get started. Your friend, Juli
